I'm a metal drummer(double bass hell yeah!) in a band me and my friends made called Sanguivorous(pronounced san-guiv-E-ous), and we wanna post stuff on NG. tomorrow is our first recording session(xD im so excited!), and were gona mix it too. Please check out ma band when it gets up on NG :D

Repetitive

Okay, not to rain on everyones parade or troll or anything, but I actually didn't think it was that good. I mean it was decent all in all, but nothing significant. The first half of the song got pretty annoying with the chipmunk voice saying magic or whatever it was. And both parts were very repetitive with no real changes, except for the break in the middle of the song where the first part goes to the second.

Keep working on it.

To hell with all this shit I usually do with all this make me sound like a professional music critic that I usually do. This song is fucking awesome! The lyrics were great, although the sound could use a little work, preticularly the distortion. I felt it was kind of grinding, but maybe it was just my preference, and I like lots of bass in my sound.

We've been playing with some different distortions and guitar tones for a while, trying to find that smooth-but-grungy-ness we're looking for. We're gettin there. Thanks for the review, it's much appreciated! (And we'll look into that distortion, it is a bit odd.)

I'm wondering if you got caught up in the Alice is Dead craze, because if this is supposed to be off of the games, then you're way off... or you've never played the games. Good song though.

My Ear have Stopped Bleeding

I was looking thru the drum and bass section of NG, and this is the only good song I found for half an hour.

Very nice! Love the mix. I'd love to know what program you use. I'm looking for a good music program, but can't seem to find a free one, so I'm investing in it. But I want to know what's the best. FL Studio looks promising, but your advice would help a lot!

I use reason 4, cubase sx and audacity. FL studio is a good software, the sounds there are developed pretty far from the start so theres not SO much post processing to be done, just add some effects and create a melody. In other words, you have to work a bit harder not be recogniced as a FL user. Usually, to have that unique sound, the best way is to start from scratch or select a preset and mold it into your liking while mixing it on the way. Thats where reason shines the brightest. But i think FL will suite your purposes very well. :) thanks for the comment!

You made the piano sound cool again. Nice job. And to fix the problem on your kick, you might be able to add some treble, and that might give it a little more "bang".

The only problem is the name. If anybody thinks their music is best in the world, whether it is or not, makes you sound stuck up and arrogant. I get that you may have been joking, but still.
